Planning Board Meeting July 20, 2026 at 7:30 pm - IN-PERSON ONLY!!!
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Town of Ramapo will hold a meeting at Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, NY on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:30pm.
Planning Board members will attend in-person. Until further notice, applicants, their representatives, and interested members of the public must also attend the meeting in-person. Written comment on matters on the agenda for a public hearing may be submitted to the Planning Board Secretary by mail or email, but must be received no later than 4:00 PM on the date of the hearing. The Planning Board will open public hearings on the following application(s) at 7:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, for the purpose of allowing the public to be heard on those matters, and the hearing may thereafter be closed or continued. Links to files containing the application and supporting documents are available on the Town website using the meeting agenda posted on the Town website. The application file is also available for review in the Building Department at Town Hall during normal business hours.
- Application of Toda Estates Inc., 10 Roberts Road, Monsey, New York 10952 for Final Site Plan approval of a site development plan entitled “10 Robert Rd”, proposing two-curb cuts for the two-family dwelling on 0.29-acres. The property in question is located at 10 Roberts Road, Monsey on the west side of Roberts Road, approximately 60 feet north of Suffern Place, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section, Block, Lot 56.14-3-38 and in an R-15 zone. Please take notice that this Public Hearing is not a “SEQR Hearing” within the meaning of 6 NYCRR Part 617, although the Board will accept public comment at this Hearing from interested members of the public and involved/interested agencies.
