PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF RAMAPO, NEW YORK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland, State of New York, at a regular Town Board Meeting thereof, held on October 28, 2026, duly adopted, a Resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:
Resolution to sell the Real Property located at 58A South Mountain Road, Pomona, New York, and identified on the Town of Ramapo Tax Map as 33.08-1-10 (the “Property”), to Rockland Conty for the amount of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand ($2,175,000.00) Dollars, subject to the terms and conditions of a Contract of Sale.
This Resolution and transfer of the Surplus Property is subject to a Permissive Referendum pursuant to Town Law, Section 90.
