NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - Preliminary Budget of the Town of Ramapo

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Ramapo for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 has been completed and is filed in the Office of the Town Clerk at the Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person at all reasonable hours.
FURTHER, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ramapo will meet and review the preliminary budget of the Town of Ramapo and hold a public hearing thereon at 7:01 p.m. (Prevailing Time) on the 5th day of November 2025 at the Ramapo Town Hall, 237 Route 59, Suffern, New York 10901, and via ZOOM – for viewing purposes only (link available on the Town website at www.ramapo.org), and that at such public hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained.
Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town officers are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor - $208,220.00
Councilmembers (4) - $62,091.00
Town Justices (2) - $89,632.00
Superintendent of Highways - $201,466.00
